You are responsible for accurate account details, keeping login credentials secure and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You may use PropertyPal for lawful property-management purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful code, or use the platform to violate another person's rights.
- Only upload content you have the right to use.
- Keep tenant and property records accurate and lawful.
- Do not resell or reverse engineer the service without permission.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant PropertyPal the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that content so we can provide the service.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans, prices and renewal periods will be shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically and applicable fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep PropertyPal reliable, but features may change and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or events outside our control.
7. Disclaimers and liability
PropertyPal is a management tool and does not provide legal, tax, financial or real-estate advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available.
